  • We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Within the United States: 3-5 days.
  • Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates: 7-10 days.
  • Other Countries: Contact us for shipping availability.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to location, carrier delays, or peak seasons. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us for assistance.

 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
  • You can check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the carrier’s system.

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • We only ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
  • Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, no refund will be issued. If a reshipment is requested, additional shipping charges may apply.

Customer Cooperation & Carrier Requests

Some shipments may require customer action requested by the carrier, such as address confirmation, delivery instructions, pickup scheduling, or pickup. Customers must respond promptly to such requests from the carrier or from us. If a customer fails to respond, responds late, or provides incorrect or incomplete information, the shipment may be delayed, held, abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of by the carrier. Lost or Stolen Packages

Niizi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel your order only if it has not been processed or shipped.
  • If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Outside the USA)

For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Niizi has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, the return shipping costs and any applicable duties will be deducted from your refund.
